Iplex has developed Iplex Restrain® a PVC-U sewer pipe designed specifically for gravity sewer applications using trenchless techniques and for the installation, repair or replacement of underground infrastructure. Iplex Restrain® can be used in the following applications:
- Gravity sewer applications installed by trenchless methodology, including static pipe bursting, horizontal directional drilling, auger boring, guided boring, micro tunnelling and slip lining/in-line replacement (pipe reaming)
- Domestic house drains
- Urban gravity sewer mains
- Industrial gravity discharge mains
Iplex Restrain® is manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 1260 "PVC-U pipe for drain, waste and vent applications".
