DWV sanitary plumbing or drainage reducer fitting, that allows connection between drainage pipes or sanitary plumbing pipes of different diameters across the diameter change in the adjoining graded pipes, in compliance to AS/NZS3500.2.  It has a rubber ring joint socket on the small end and a plain spigot on the large end.
